"I recently hired C&Painting to paint several rooms in my home and my deck so that I could freshen the house up to get it ready for sale. Jose quickly set up a time to come over and assess the work and provide an estimate for the cost of painting. Once we agreed on the scope of work and signed the estimate, he promptly scheduled the work and then he and his painting team arrived to do the work exactly on schedule. His team worked quickly, cleanly and very professionally in completing their work over a four-day period. They were very conscientious about protecting my carpets and furniture from paint drops and were great at cleaning up after themselves. They completed all painting as planned and even did some extra work free of charge just because they thought it would look better. Jose and his team clearly take pride in their work and I would definitely hire them again in future."

"The company did an excellent job scheduling a date for my exterior house painting and they also worked with me to resolve an issue I had with the project's final cost. The office staff is very professional and pleasant. I might have given a higher rating, but my experience with the crew was not what I had expected given the great reviews I read from other customers. I was disappointed with the crew that was sent to paint my house. They arrived about an hour late. I was able to communicate with only one person on the crew as the other members did not speak english. The only english-speaking member left the job for several hours to pick up composite sheets to replace wood panels. During this time I noticed that the painters did not place drop cloths on my deck or on two lower roofs. As a result, paint was dripping onto my deck and the lower roofs. I had to search for a foreign language translation app on my cell phone so I could communicate with the crew to tell them to use drop cloths as well as to explain a few other issues and concerns. Frustrated, I contacted Chesapeake Painting to complain and a manger was sent to my home. The manager arrived about the same time the crew member returned from picking up the composite. The manager apologized to me about the problems and he spoke with the crew member about my concerns and the painting job in general. After the job was complete, the next day I noticed areas that needed more paint and the company came back to apply more paint. However, a couple of days later, I noticed the same area still needed more paint or sanding. There were also areas where I eventually noticed where the work detail could be better. In fairness, I didn't call the company back to resolve as I just wanted to move on. The overall paint job was good. Would I hire Chesapeake Painting again? I'm not certain. Maybe this crew had a bad day at the office as we all sometimes do. But if I decide to hire the company again to paint the interior of my home, I would need a different crew or the crew(s) that received the excellent work reviews."

"They did a fantastic job on my large 2 level deck! They were very careful not to get stain on the patio underneath or the new siding on the house! We were so pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail that we also had them pain the entire main level of our house, walls and ceiling. Again, a beautiful, careful and professional job from prep to finishing touches! They also removed a decorative column that has plagued me for years and you would never know it was there now. I plan to hire them again for future jobs in our home. Excellent!!"

"My experience with Pro Stage from start to finish was awesome. Like most people do--I had several contractors come out to give me 'free' estimates. Each of those companies gave me one ridiculous quote after the other, where clearly their main goal was just to put as much of my money in their pocket as possible. A few companies, whom I won't name, even quickly gave me their speech about having their minimum fee for a customer to even be worth their time. (I never do business with those type of companies by the way and neither should you) Pro Stage was very different. Edwin was very personable and offered good 'ol fashioned honest business, where each side feels good about the agreement. Edwin performed high quality work and it was clear that he cared about the work he was doing, as if it was his own home that he was working on. Even a heavy flash flood couldn't stop Pro Stage, as they simply waited it out and then got right back to work. My neigbor was impressed with the work and requested quotes from Edwin and Pro Stage once my project was completed.
