"The guys did a great job identifying why two of my windows were leaking water. The flashing off the roof was diverting rainwater down the wall of the instead of into the gutter. They fixed the flashing, re-caulked around all of the windows in that corner and even repointed a couple of bricks. Great work, they cleaned up after themselves, were communicative, and prompt. I will definitely use them again!"

Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. I did decide to replace 4 front windows. Deposit was easy to make. Windows came in timely.
