Texted me a copy of the contract with prices and materials needed base on satellite (GPS) measurements prior to meeting to go over the repairs and signing the contract. Showed up on time. "Highly recommend Chris Dobbin from Homefix Custom Remodeling (HCR) if considering home renovations. After six months of research, and receiving several quotes for improvement in the Alexandria, VA area, I confidently selected Chris and HCR because of Chris’ customer service, HCR’s Better Business Bureau’s rating of A+, and the products available. Additionally, the installation teams were outstanding, which involved one installation team for widows and a patio door and a different installation team for siding. The installation teams left the installation areas clean as well as thoroughly explained the new products and ensured there were no questions. Although there was one small glitch involving a window insert/sash, the entire operations team and Chris Dobbin immediately sought resolution on the items in an extraordinarily attentive way. "Peak was amazing from start to finish and made the whole experience simple. They came out and took some pictures and measurements. Pete sat down with us and talked through different options and features for new siding. He was very knowledgeable about the products and worked to get us the best option within our budget. They also have imaging software to show us what the products and colors would look like on our house. After picking the siding we wanted they kept us updated with scheduling of product delivery and start date for their siding crew. Whole siding process took three days, they disposed of all the old siding and cleaned up everything when they were done. Great company to work with and our house looks absolutely amazing!!"

"Office staff provided excellent service when I called to get information. They spent a good amount of time answering my questions and explaining the services they provide, as well as the pricing. I received a call when the tech was on his way. Teddy arrived and I went over the work to be done. He told he'd get it taken care of lickty split and he was not kidding. Not only did he perform the work, he performed exceptional work in handling my repairs and went above and beyond to ensure the soffit and siding were secured to prevent them coming off in the future. I look forward to having them perform work again at my residence. So much easier and much cheaper than some of the other estimates I received for the same work."

"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer.
