Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. Jay did an amazing job on the doors even with constraints that were out of his control .The job was much better than I expected,very pleased .I will be requesting Jay for the installation of a tub & shower door.I have been using numerous contractors for renovation of our badly outdated Condo .it has been one nightmare after another ..Mr Handyman is so easy to work with .Scheduling is so easy . She is really positive & professional ( I should know her name but it escapes me) I If I had only known what an amazing job they do . "The guys did a great job identifying why two of my windows were leaking water. The flashing off the roof was diverting rainwater down the wall of the instead of into the gutter. They fixed the flashing, re-caulked around all of the windows in that corner and even repointed a couple of bricks. Great work, they cleaned up after themselves, were communicative, and prompt. I will definitely use them again!"
