He was very flexible and worked with our schedule, even though we had to postpone our start date because we discovered termites on our property. He confirmed our design choices throughout the construction process, ensuring that we would be pleased with the outcome. Jeff's work crew were polite and hard-working. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving the yard free of construction debris. They also washed down the deck and trellis to clean off mud that splashed onto it during construction. The new deck is well constructed, is extremely low maintenance, blends with the colors of our house siding and trim, and looks great. I definitely recommend Jeff and Homecraft Builders."

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. "The installed door is beautiful. I contacted the owner regarding some minor seepage in February and March and was pretty much blown off. Love the door, instillation went smoothly but it's a one shot deal. Contractor won't come back to evaluate."
