"I contacted Portillo because there was a leak above my second story window due to missing mortar and missing/deteriorating sealant around my windows. The entire process was very smooth. "Was in desperate need of getting my back door replaced. Saw a neighbor getting his windows replaced and I asked him for the contact information. Best decision EVER! I got the door and windows replaced for a GREAT price! They just installed everything. EXCELLENT work. Friendly and respectful staff. Oh, did I mention GREAT WORK... "I hired Homecraft Builders to build a 16' x 22' custom deck. I interviewed and researched 5 other contractors and Homecraft Builders was definitely to best choice. Jeff spent time explaining the project. He had pictures of not only the finished project, but the underside of the decks showing the quality of the framing. We had it built so we could add a screened in room at a latter date. This is the most solid deck I have ever seen (including the 2 decks I built myself)! You could park a truck on it. The job was completed on April 10 and it only took them one week to complete. We had one minor miscommunication at the end of the project. They accidentally damaged some corner molding on the house. They were suppose to come back in a couple of weeks but it took a couple of months and few emails. Jeff thought his partner took care of it. The molding is replaced and the deck is great. I would definitely use Homecraft Builders for any future projects."

"The installed door is beautiful. I contacted the owner regarding some minor seepage in February and March and was pretty much blown off. Love the door, instillation went smoothly but it's a one shot deal. Contractor won't come back to evaluate."
