"We had Mr. Portillo Install an air conditioner in my sons apartment. He came right over, knew exactly what to do, installed the parts and put the air conditioner in the window. I live in Los Angeles, and my son lives in Baltimore. I found Mr. Portillo on the Angi site, and not knowing anything about his skills or business, he contacted me, let me know this is something he could do, so I asked him to do the job. Mr. Portillo was EXCELLENT, great ay customer services, and took care of business. I highly recommend Mr. Portillo as highly skilled and a great person to do business with!!"

"Mr Handyman performed the service as requested. My shutter has been fully repaired as it was prior. My gripe would be that the technician performed the service before my arrival to the site which I did specify in the correspondence I had with the company. Maybe there was miscommunication between the receptionist I spoke with and the technician in the field in relaying my wanting to be there before work was done. Nevertheless, the completed work by the technician was good, and I'd hire them again."

"Romero gave us a fair estimate on renovating our powder room. So we hired the Romero company for painting our powder room and installation of our new vanity. Remero and his helper repair the drywall for painting. They installed our new vanity marble top and all of the new fixtures. Also, all of the plumbing and electrical work was done by them. We are very pleased with the renovations and the cleanup. a pestal sink and installed a new vaniaty and marbel top. They did all of the plumbing,and installed the new fixtures. He patched all of the drywall and painted the podwer room."

The finished product was breathtaking and everything I had dreamed up. Reliability: Willie showed up on time to the minute for the estimate, whereas the other 4 estimates we got came late or at staggered times in a several hour window. He was the only contractor who we got an estimate from who offered this approach, and it made a huge difference. Integrity: Willie was a lifesaver when he discovered, a week into work, that the waterproofing system that another company had installed recently did a subpar job. I think other contractors would have looked the other way and continued their work, but Willie brought the issue to my attention, explained why he thought the work was not done properly and even advocated for us when an employee from that company came over to check it out. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad. My husband says he wants to be Willie when he grows up :) Highly recommend ATN!"
