They did a very good job. I really liked their process and they had a very good selection of fabrics. They were very helpful. They were not cheapest but they were worth it. I would definitely use them again.

They were so easy to work with. Lots of fabrics to choose from. Good advice on which types would wear well. Amazing job staining the new caning to match the old. Entire job finished in two weeks. Everything looks great. Beautiful, skilled work.

They did a great job. During the process they were very easy to contact and also contacted me with questions about the project when necessary. Their original quote was about $700 less than the other quote I got. I paid a little more than the original quote because I wanted arm covers and pillows (an additional $200). I still saved money. I love my new (old) sofa - looks great and is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. Very timely and professional to work with.

EXCELLENT! they took the initiative to recommend alternative ways of restoring and repairing the chair that have since been excellent...they took care to make the seating functional and to preserve the aesthetic lines of the chair. And the time period it took was very reasonable. I also enjoyed the personable interaction with staff.

OK. When I asked for a certain color, and did they have it in their warehouse, they told me I'd have to go there to check, as they could not tell what they had from their office. Seemed more than a little odd that they could not tell what they had and that they'd send a customer to check on their stock.

In a word everything was perfect. I couldn't have been happier with the service, the quality of the work, the responsiveness and the price. I first e-mailed a few photos to Bob and explained what I wanted. Within 24 hours, he had responded with some estimates for the job. A few days later I delivered the chair to the Rockville office. Bob listened to what we had in mind. He showed us lots of material and helped us pick out the perfect fabric. He had some other suggestions on how to repair the chair and what style of covering would be best. Within 8 days the job was finished. I picked the chair up yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The chair is now sturdy and comfortable and it looks absolutely marvelous. It was a true delight working with Yi's and I would highly recommend them. If I have any future upholstery needs I will absolutely go to Yi's. What an amazingly positive experience from start to finish!!!

The think I liked was that I could bring my own fabric to them and have them do the project and that way I could get the best price I could on the fabric and pick it out. I didn't have to sit there and go through their stuff. You have that choice- they can pick the product up at your house and deliver it back; it was quick and the quality was good. What stands out the most is the fact that you can buy good, quick and competivie service with convenience.

I took my antique Queen Anne chair and ottoman to Yi's, picked out a fabric already in stock and received a quote. The young man with whom I spoke was helpful and knowledgable about what needed to be done. I knew the fabric I chose would do wonders for the chair which was cream covered and quite worn.  It was beautiful when delivered, incredibly professional, and has given the chair a new life.  Yi's put new foam and cotton batting in the seat of the chair and the back, as well as giving the ottoman another inch or two of height. Plus I was given free delivery since they did not want me coming to pick up the chair in my car.  I cannot even begin to say how beautiful the chair looks, more so than I have ever seen it, and I've had the chair a long time.  I will definitely use Yi's again should I need it for other furniture.

They did a beautiful job.  When I went to them and described what I needed they prepared a price and fabric estimate within 15 minutes.  At my request, they also came out to measure my couch and chairs as they are hand made from India.  I provided the fabric and they did the labor.  Everyone from Edward who took my order and kept in touch with me to the drivers who picked up and delivered the cushions were easy and pleasant to work with.  Originally four of the bigger cushions were not made to specifications as they were too small.  Yi's came out and assessed the problem on site.  They ordered more material and re-did the cushions immediately.  I was impressed with how they readily fixed the problem.  I used them several years ago to reupholster a chair and was impressed with that job.  Also, their prices are very fair, and in fact was several hundred dollars cheaper than another well known place.  Their estimate on the fabric required was several yards less than what the other place was telling me, which also saved money.  They were able to complete the job in 3 weeks rather than the other place that told me it would be 8-10 weeks. 
I highly recommend them and would use them again.  

The end results were outstanding. They're extremely professional and very customer-friendly. They're very easy to work with.
