"Purchased Angie's list deal for $99. Cleaned two upholstered chairs that were stained on arms with newsprint ink and oils from skin. Able to lighten stains but traces remain. Probably could have been totally removed if we had chairs cleaned a year or two ago. For $30 extra, cleaned two microfiber covered ottomans. Able to remove stains from these, look brighter overall"

"I had an old ornate chair from Syria that was very detailed with inlaid pearl. Unfortunately, two of the front legs splintered, making it unusable.
