I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). They were knowledgeable about the system and taught me a lot of great info about my home system. The reason for 1-star is the complete lack of punctuality. They were 5 hours late on the first day and 4 hours late on the second date. No one ever reached out to me to let me know they would be late or communicated a need to change the time of the appointment. For how expensive the service was, I would expect better communication and ability to keep an appointment. I'd recommend shocking your well yourself, it isn't hard, and spending almost 10 hours waiting on arrival was a hard way to spend my day."
