The plumber came the day after I called and fixed the problem.

Went great, in and out quickly and repair is good.

We were very pleased with the quick response from the C & C Plumbing and service. Chris, the plumber who replaced our bathroom pedestal sink faucet, was very courteous and did an excellent job. We will use C & C Plumbing for our future projects.

C&C was able to come out the same day and did excellent work. He also left information about the brand and specs for the replacement valve he installed in case I want to replace the other valve myself later. I would definitely call C&C again for my next plumbing project.

Had a hole in my sewer line, and Chris was out the same day to review after hours despite the fact that he had at least one other service call that day that ran late. He was back first thing next morning to fix it. His work was done within the range he quoted. He was great to work with, and was very patient with all the questions my kids had for him! I will definitely hire again, and definitely recommend him.

In terms of getting the job done, Chris was completely fine, organized and professional, also fitted me into his schedule on short notice on same day. The issue I have with price is the following. I live in a condominium building. For plumbing work in a private house, Chris charges a visitation service fee of $49, which I was informed is credited back against the work charge if the customer ok's his doing the work. For plumbing work in a condominium, however, Chris charges a visitation service fee of $69, which is not credited back against the work charge if the customer ok's his doing the work. Thus, for doing work in a condominium building, my understanding is that there is in effect a substantial condominium surcharge. (For example, per the above information and excluding the 10% discount referred to below, assuming a work charge of $200 done in a private house the total fee would be $ 49 +$200 - $49 = $200. For the same work done in a condominium building, the total fee would be $69 + $200 = $269), Chris did honor (on a first time basis) the posted 10% discount to Angies' list member customers for the actual work done. I suppose there may be situations in a condominium context where it is necessary to deal/coordinate with neighbors' or building piping and water supply complications or other issues in order to complete the desired plumbing work. However, no such complications occurred in the work Chris did for me. It was a straightforward drain snake job, and the time from Chris' arrival to departure from my building's parking lot was to my recollection no more than 45". I would hire Chris again if he eliminated his condominium surcharge policy.

This is the second time I have enlisted Chris to fix our plumbing issues--first for faucet replacement and now for toilet replacement. Both times, he has been punctual, professional, efficient, and no-nonsense in his work--all at a very fair price--while not pushing unnecessary products or repairs. It has been a pleasant and satisfactory experience, and I won't hesitate to call him again. Thanks!

Mary, the company's contact person, was very responsive and knowledgeable. Chris, along with his son Spiro, arrived at the scheduled day and time ready to do the job. They put on paper booties over their shoes and paper along the flooring so not to track in dirt. They performed the needed work efficiently and without delay. Chris and Spiro were very friendly and answered any questions that arose. I definitely recommend this company and would use their service again.

Great. Chris is efficient, honest and skilled. He also has a good sense of humor.

The faucet still leaks - even though it was stated on the estimate that this would be done, Chris argued that we had verbally agreed on something different and told us it would cost another $100+ to come back to do the work. He took a valuable part as “trash” with him ( since returned) and left without checking to make sure his work hadn’t left air in the lines or dirty water coming out faucets. Charged for the original estimate That was not deducted from cost of repair. I should have checked the work before giving him a check. Nice guy but will not hire him again.

Excellent service. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Technicians were very punctual, and they left the area tidy. The new heater was installed in the time indicated and without a glitch.

Chris arrived quickly and professionally explained the situation and his proposed solution. Fortunately, the cartridge in our main floor shower was the source of the leak, which was a relatively simple fix. He answered several plumbing questions I had and provided recommendations for some future upgrades. He was kind, professional, and quickly got the job done.

Chris was working the day after Thanksgiving, bless him. He found the problem quickly, obtained the replacement connector quickly, repaired it quickly, and provided explanations throughout of what he was seeing and doing, patiently.

Scheduling was very easy. Chris called to say he was on his way and arrived within the given time window. Chris diagnosed the problem pretty easily and went straight to work. It was a fairly straightforward affair. Chris took the time to ensure that no mess was made. It was clear that Chris enjoyed his profession. I will call on him again when I have plumbing needs.

It went great. The plumber diagnosed the problem and it to more than 45' to unclog the sink. He worked to make sure that he got rid of the clog. He was very dilligent and I think I was his last call for the day.

Chris is fast, professional and meticulous in his performance

He's wonderful. He's more pricey than some, but he does the work. If I need a really major plumbing work, that's who I use. If I need something minor like a clogged drain, I use my handyman. The new toilets don't flush if you have to go a lot, so he put a Toho toilet in and once I learned to use it, it's been fabulous. I like him a lot. I've used him about two or three years. I think he's expensive, but he does it right. I want 70's prices. I would continue to use him for big services.

I will continue to use him only for big services. His work is impeccable. He stands by it. He's very responsive to me.
