I called the morning of Wednesday, 27 January and they were at my home that afternoon. They actually arrived early! Our appt. was for 2 PM and the came around 1:30 PM. They did an excellent work and they were very professional. We are definitely going to have them back next year to vacuum out our dryer duct work. I would highly recommend them!!

They kept me informed about what they were finding in our dryer vent as they worked hard to clean out several feet of crud in the line from a birds nest, which wouldn't budge from the dryer end of the duct and required climbing up a long ladder to clean it from the outside. They did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them out again if I have other ducting issues in the future.
