Put this plumber in your contact list with a star! We have used Clear Line in the past & referred several satisfied neighbors. When we needed the water heater & water line for our refrigerator replaced, we called Robert who did a stellar job. He was friendly, professional & did quality work. We were exceptionally pleased to have found such a conscientious plumber who went the extra mile to install an accessible shut off valve. This shut off valve was invaluable when our ice-maker started leaking! Recently, we developed a pinhole leak in the basement & although he was booked, he arranged for his dad’s company to come same day in his place. Seems good plumbers run in the family! Again, Robert had our back, which was much appreciated along with the experience of being charged honest prices. It’s nice not to have to worry about being taken advantage of when emergencies happen. His prices have been consistently outstanding for the work performed & the job is always done right! Very happy.

The estimator came out the same day that we called him, provided a description of what needed to be done as well as an estimate. The work way scheduled two days later. They arrived on time, completed all the work and cleaned up when they were done, for the estimated price.

Exceptionally pleased with the work. When I first called and left a message I received a call back stating the call was received but Bob the owner was away from the scheduling book and would call back. He did and set up a time. I was told I would receive a 30 minute call reminder. I received the call and they were right on time. The work was no nonsense, quick, neat and professional. I went down to ask if the shut off valve could be moved to make shut off easier. That had already been done. Cleaned up well after themselves. I thought the price was fair. I would definitely call them again.

They attempted to do the job without the help of the water company to find and turn off my water from the main line in my front yard. They eventually called the water company and  they must have billed me for the time they waited for that person to show up (they do not provide itemized receipts so who knows what I actually paid for).  They assisted the incompetent water company employee  in tearing up my lawn. What should have taken an hour and a half took them twice the time and again they must have charged me for every minute. They left my yard a mess and charged me way too much.  Their work is pretty good but  I will not use Clear Line Plumbing  again and highly discourage anyone else from using this unprofessional company.

Great response time, punctual for scheduled date and time of arrival.  Professional, took the time to explain issues.  Fixed a kitchen sink leak that had been attempted SIX times by the plumber provided through my home warranty.  Asked Bob for an opinion on another plumbing issue, and he explained why the work was not necessary.  After extremely unsatisfactory experiences with 2 other plumbing companies, very happy to have found Clear Line.

We have used Clear Line several times and they always do a great job. On time and quality work.

Clear Line plumbing came out promptly and quickly found and repaired the problem. They were professional and the cost was quite reasonable. Clear Line will be my "go to" plumber.

They were very professional and did a good job. They came out early the next day when the main water shutoff valve developed an extremely slow drip, and promptly tightened the nut to stop the drip.

He is very good and very fair in his prices and very honest. He could've charged more, but was very straightforward with his methods and was able to successfully try a method that ended up saving me some money.

He was professional and prompt. If you need a good plumber get him.

They were prompt and they were professional.  The price he gave me was outstanding for the work he did.  He has always been very professional.  He charged me $300 which I thought will be a thousand.  They were outstanding.  I say that because I’m older and finding a good quality labor has always been a pain and I am the type of guy who don’t use local workers because I’m familiar with the area and I’m usually familiar with the workers.  But these guys were good.

Two visits accomplished all the work done, promptly, efficiently, and professionally.  Bob and George are an expert team who work diligently, smoothly, and courteously, explaining their procedure as well as informing the customer about the advantages and subsequent maintenance of a new product (in this instance--the Gerber Avalanche toilet).  My wife and I were totally  satisfied with the work that was provided.  We highly recommend Clear Line Plumbing to our neighbors.

Excellent communications, from the estimate to finished project.  Arrived when he said he would, price was as he estimated, work was fast and professionally done.  He obviously knew his business.  I would not hesitate to use in the future for any plumbing work.

Robert was terrific.  A real professional and easy to work with.  He was able to fit the job in quickly to prevent any delays from listing the house.  It was a pleasure to get so many things repaired at one time.  House passed home inspection and now has a contract on it.

What I didn't like was that the first day he was scheduled, he was a no show. He was supposed to be there at 8:00 am but when I called the tenant to see if he showed up, she said he hadn't- no call or nothing. When I contacted him later, he said he had an emergency plumbing call that morning at 6:00 am but he should have given me a call that he wasn't going to be there. He was quick. I wasn't physically there but the tenant was. He called me and gave me a couple of options, everything was done in a day and the tenant was happy. There were some issues too the first time he came out with some clogs but he took care of that the quickest. He got all the gunk out and showed me the stuff that was there so I could tell the tenant not to put plastic utensils down the garbage disposal.

Went well but the cleanout leaked so they had to cone back out and replace with a new fitting. Overall I was very satisfied.

I couldn't be more satisfied with Clear Line Plumbing. I called them around 8:30 this morning for a clogged kitchen drain and they gave me a 1:30 - 2:00 appointment. I told them if they could make it earlier, to please call. They finished their first job early, called me and were at my home before 10:00 am.  They snaked out the drain, added an additional clearout section on the line for easier future access and clean up their mess in little more than an hour. Great service and cost. I will do buisness with them again.
