"My AC was blowing but not cold. Had McCrea stickers on my unit. Looked up in local phone book and called. Had an appointment 2 days later. Tech (Mario Cieza) called in the specified timeframe, 30 min before arrival. Tech was polite and direct to troubleshooting. I had AC issues 3 years ago and it was a bad compressor capacitor. Mario after troubleshooting diagnosed that the same capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, checked and topped off the coolant, and cleaned the blower exterior. The quoted repair price was reasonable ($237). I was happy with the service response, professionalism and price."

He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent.
