"My technician, Lily, was right on time. It was her first time to my home and she was very friendly and informative. She explained what went wrong and also showed me how to maintain some things through my routine maintenance. My service call involved a charge as it was Service, labor plus Freon to be added to my unit and the outside unit's battery. Since I have a contract with McCrea, I was not charged for the part that was to be replaced on my unit. My house is slowly cooling down as it was 90 degrees inside my home when she arrived this morning. My house lost the air conditioning on the Fourth of July and on a very hot day. I would highly recommend McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of PA."

"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. The technician helped me troubleshoot the issue, and have me a quick fix that will last until they make it out tomorrow to do the permanent fix. I'll be using them for all my AC needs in the future!"

"The sales rep was very attentive when coming over and designing a solution to our heat and air needs. We were able to get a large team of workers here and knocked out an entire house install in one day. Some trash and miscellaneous items were left in our yard. When we needed additional items from the sales rep he will respond back saying he will take care of it but still has not. I have brought this up to him over 4 times and I still get nothing. The price seemed pretty high, and we had to shop the price around some but the company came with good financing options and some guarantees that others could not. The mini-split units work great."

He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."
