While he measured the rooms it gave us time to discuss what colors we would be comfortable with. He gave us a good price. The end result was beautiful. "Steve and his team were GREAT to us.  Rick came to our home at the date Scheduled was on time, and ready to work.  He was the nicest guy had full respect and got the job Done!  He was clean and motivated to complete the job.  He is a One Man Army! Steve also came to our home after Rick and completed the top coat of the floor, which gives a goof feeling the Boss gets his hands dirty.  They were done with the Floor within the two days of he week.  We were asked not to walk on the floor till the Thursday to let it dry.  After that we also had them come in and do our storage.  Rick came again with a helper \\/sand they were on time again as Steve was and they were ready to work, they completed putting the shelf's together and putting them up in no time.  They all had manors and respect for us and our home, being on time was a plus and just the overall way they worked.  We couldn't be happier.  We recommend if you want the job done right the first time with no delay and in a way you don't have to wait forever you should contact Steve and his team ASAP.  We will defiantly be contacting them in the future to add the great work they have done already!

"Note this review is for removing carpet and replacing with corelux floors in about 400 sq feet and recaulking and reglazing 2 bathrooms. Very professional and understanding of my budget needs. Juan was super patient with me; I modified the quote request about 10 times. His crew was kind, careful with clean up and ensuring they had drop cloths over as many areas as possible and always took their shoes off if walking on uncovered floor. "My experience with Closest America has been 5 stars from beginning to end. From the design expert - who listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and didn't push me for something I didn't want - to the installers who actually SWEPT UP after the installation (there was some minor cutting that left a light amount of dust/debris on the floor, to the follow-up call the next day. My daughter absolutely LOVES her new closet which wasn't part of my initial inquiry and the design expert was able to create a closet that holds much more of her clothing than before. It's a very small guest bedroom size closet (about 4'w by 1.5'd by 8'h). I don't worry that the shelves in the pantry are going to collapse and cans sit on the smooth flat shelving unlike the wire racks that were in there before. My grocery shopping is much more efficient because I can easily see what I need as far as pantry goods unlike before. This was not cheap by any stretch of the imagination and an estimate that I received for a similar style from another company was cheaper. However, the design estimate was not exactly what I wanted for either the pantry or the daughter's closet, nor was the sales experience and I believe that often you get what you pay for. The installed product from Closet America makes me feel like I got every penny's worth and I and very happy I chose to do business with them."
