"Berny is a very nice and professional person to work with. He is very knowledgeable at what he knows in the architect world and is on point with what he does. Berny is very thorough and his work is absolutely perfect when done and completes his work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Berny to do your work and I am very 5 stars satisfied with Berny Hintz."

"To say it went perfect would be an understatement. We could not be more pleased with the craftmanship, the staff, the materials, and the professional construction we had done from this company. The photos of both bathrooms do not even do it justice because we can't capture the entire room with one photo. We have never had such amazing construction done by any contractor in the 32 years of home ownership, prior to this company. They do it all. Indoor, outdoor, heavy construction, light construction. They had to relocate HVAC ducts, plumbing, electric, and move some walls. They are a one-stop shop!! Prices were extremely reasonable."

"They did a great job, I’m very pleased with the project"

"will add comments after completion of project. so far very good."

"He was really helpful in getting my permit and drawings done. Very good and communication and very affordable."

"He replaced my roof and did an excellent job. He is very responsible, when he was doing the roof in my neighborhood a lot of other residents worked with him as well. I always refer him because he is responsive, always on time, and his prices are competitive."

"I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The crew was fast, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job (hopefully this site allows me to upload photos after writing this). The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either. You'll get your money's worth for your project. Baumann's will be my #1 choice for future landscape projects."

"It went very well. Though the crew was late arriving (normal, for traffic in this area!), they worked hard and well, and the architect-engineer (Arthur Balter) was here both at the beginning and near the end of the work to make certain that things were progressing well. The new brick patio is beautiful and well-constructed, and I am very pleased! I also needed my apple tree to be treated against bug infestation. Ballard injects rather than sprays, which I prefer."

"Very attentive to cleaning up the job after the job was done."

"Professional Building and Renovations works closely with Architect, Steve O'Neill, on all of our projects requiring building permits. Steve's many years of design knowledge and experience are an invaluable asset on our projects. We also work with Steve when completing structural repairs to homes that have been damaged by termites, see Journal of Light Construction April 2023 edition and article Repairing a Termite Damed House."
