"SPIRE Architecture, and the owner, Craig Martin, were a pleasure to work with. He was very diligent and communicative, and answered all of our questions. The work was completed on time, and the final product was absolutely amazing. We really enjoy our new living room space he designed for us!"

"Mr. Hintz is a very courteous and accommodating person. He was willing to meet at my convenience. He is very professional; his work performance was outstanding. When I saw his drawings, all I could say was "wow!" I was very pleasantly awed. He is worth every penny charged. I am truly satisfied and happy that I called him. We're still working on the project, but I believe its only going to get better. Thanks Berny!"

"We had an amazing experience with John Krause Construction. We originally called them because our basement kept getting water in it every time it rained. While they were at our house for the basement waterproofing estimate we had them take a look at our deck and kitchen just to get an idea of the pricing. Once we received the estimate we decided to move forward with all of the work because we were able to get a great deal for doing all of the projects at the same time. We are beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely call them again for any future projects."

"My experience with Kapital Drafting has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire process of designing and executing our home addition, deck, and patio was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Gary, the company's owner, is a consummate professional who made every step of the way feel like a breeze. From the moment we first approached Kapital Drafting, Gary took the time to understand our vision and goals for the project. He then expertly translated those ideas into detailed drawings and 3D renderings, which truly brought our ideas to life. It was evident that Gary's expertise in architecture and design was second to none, as the quality of his work was remarkable. The process of obtaining county approval for the project can often be daunting, but with Gary's help, drawings were approved without any issues. This was a testament to the meticulous attention to detail and compliance with building codes that Gary and his team adhere to. Throughout the construction phase, Gary maintained excellent communication with both us and our contractors. He consistently addressed any concerns that arose and offered valuable suggestions to ensure the best possible outcome. His collaborative approach allowed us to work together seamlessly, resulting in a finished product that exceeded our expectations. The final result of our home addition, deck, and patio is stunning. It has transformed our outdoor living space into an oasis that our family is enjoying daily and will continue to do for years to come. Kapital Drafting's combination of exceptional design skills, customer service, and a keen understanding of the building process made our experience an unforgettable one. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Kapital Drafting for anyone seeking architectural services for their home improvement projects. Our experience with Gary and his team was truly excellent, and we have no doubt that they will deliver the same level of satisfaction to future clients."

"We had our entire bathroom entirely demolished all the way down to the support beams and fully rebuilt (the house is old and needed a lot of repairs). The entire team was absolutely amazing from designing and planning (Junior), to the project getting done (Kadir was our PM, Tony and Paul were our electricians, and all the other guys who came in to do the tilework and plumbing - I am sorry I do not know their names but they were also awesome). This bathroom required an enormous amount of work and it came out absolutely beautiful. The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work and they truly desire that their customers are happy and expectations are exceeded with their work. I am already planning more projects with them, their work is not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodels, and I look forward to working with them again. The quality of their work is guaranteed and their prices are super reasonable (big plus)."

"will add comments after completion of project. so far very good."

"We are a commercial business located in Georgetown Washington DC. We hired Aaron to help us acquire a floor plan and site plan. Not only did Aaron provide quality work, he responded to our messages/emails right away and he completed our drawings before the deadline we needed them by. It was very refreshing to have an overall positive experience doing business with this company! Thank you again."

"They did good, professional work! They were on time!"

"Ballard Enterprises did an amazing job! Prior to the work beginning, the landscape architect came to our house and spent time talking with us about what we wanted and offered ideas and suggestions of his own. He spent time outside in our backyard--in pouring rain--getting a feel for the space, understanding our vision, and taking measurements. The resulting quote and landscape diagram were detail-oriented, which we love. The half-circle end of the patio was our idea, and when we suggested it, he saw the vision for it immediately and incorporated it enthusiastically (i.e., there were zero issues with "your ideas" vs "our ideas"). I cannot say enough about how hard-working, incredibly skilled, and friendly the landscapers/stonemasons who did our work were. The stone wall in particular is a work of art. They were an incredible team. They started early in the mornings and they worked late into the evenings; all in one of the hottest stretches we had that summer. The landscape architect and owner stopped by periodically to perform quality checks. Our backyard--which was formerly a drab, empty space--is now simply beautiful. The work Ballard performed for us included: - installing a large paver patio; - installing a fire pit; - building a brand-new, stone retaining wall; - installing completely new flower beds (outlining, tilling, composting, planting, mulching); - installing underground drainage with three new pop-up drains; - installing a rain barrel; - propping up existing heat/AC units that were tipping over due to soil erosion, and redirecting water flow away from them; - tearing out the old concrete patio. We love our new backyard. It is gorgeous! We continue to use Ballard Enterprises to weed and lay mulch each spring. And we buy all of our annual potted flowers at their nursery."

"Very attentive to cleaning up the job after the job was done."
