"When I received the list of plumber in the area at 4pm, I really had not made up my mind to contact them but they contacted me and offered a free consult and then told me they could have some out in an hour - that blew me away - I was expecting a day or two. He showed up within the hour and was very professional. I explained the steps I took to unclog the drain and he politely explained alternatives for the future.
