"Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain."

He was able to snake the common drain line which had a bad clog and was backing up into the kitchen sink. "The plumber was determined to track down the problem and explained to me why I kept having this problem. The drain opening was too narrow and easily became clogged. He replaced it with a new drain with a much larger opening - so it will deter future drain clogs."
