"Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain."

"I'm so glad I used HomeAdvisor to find a plumber for emergency drain cleaning with great reviews!! Li came out from Suma Plumbing within 40 minutes and got to us by 9:00pm. He was able to snake the common drain line which had a bad clog and was backing up into the kitchen sink. "The plumber was determined to track down the problem and explained to me why I kept having this problem. The drain opening was too narrow and easily became clogged. He replaced it with a new drain with a much larger opening - so it will deter future drain clogs."

"When I received the list of plumber in the area at 4pm, I really had not made up my mind to contact them but they contacted me and offered a free consult and then told me they could have some out in an hour - that blew me away - I was expecting a day or two. He showed up within the hour and was very professional. I explained the steps I took to unclog the drain and he politely explained alternatives for the future. He tested several sites to narrow down the clog which was located very close and not to the main line which would have cost more. It took about 15 minutes, he cleaned up and put everything back in it's original location. I didn't see any water any where. They are a little pricey but very professional and provided me with future maintenance info."
