"I've known Kevin for years since he has helped me renovate rooms in both my homes. When we needed to replace the flooring in my basement, I knew who to call. Taylor Made installed a new waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring so that I don't have to worry about the durability of my floor if we have family over to visit. The whole process went smoothly since I was provided samples and a detailed explanation of the product. The installers were polite, as always, and everything was completed within a few hours. "The owner, Shaun, visted our home, talked with us about the design, made measurements, and a few days later provided an estimate (including a computer aided design). After signing the contract he began work within two weeks. Shaun estimated the job would take about two months and it did. Shaun was always available and made good suggestions along the way (and without charging extra). His subcontractors are very courteous and all workmanship was excellent. Shaun does not provide an allowance for bath fixtures and floor covering (we used ceramic tile for the entire basement). However, he does provide an estimate and can suggest suppliers he works with. We used his suppliers who were very helpful and allowed us to use Shaun's contractor discount. This was one of the best remodeling jobs we've ever experienced."
