AES worked with us on a few small changes we requested along the way as well. I felt very comfortable with all the craftsperson’s at work in our home. There was great communication with AES throughout the job. I would use their services in the future."

"DMV has been excellent in kitchen and bath remodeling. They did a wonderful job renovating our two baths and kitchen in 2014. Their customer care and pricing is commendable. More recently in 2024 we had more remodeling tasks done by DMV under excellent supervision of Jordi. Even now when we need some minor improvements needed Jordi is very helpful to find time to get it done. We strongly recommend DMV for kitchen and bath remodeling .They are excellent under the management of Javier, and exceptional onsite supervision by Jordi!"

"We had our master and hall baths completely gutted and rebuilt. We bid the project out to several companies, and DMV was immediately the most helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"

"Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

Jim was engaged at every step of the way, and the foreman was experienced, hard-working, professional, and communicative. Honest, transparent & understandable pricing, and most of all - they know the work. Jim has over 40 years of experience, and it is evident in the pride he takes in his projects. "We write this review as a sigh of relief now that our renovation project with River View is finally complete. The quality of the final work is excellent, and the construction crew, architect, and county inspector were all great to work with. The original crew we worked with, led by Edwin, were so hardworking, friendly, thorough, and fast. That's what really pushed us from 2 to 3 stars. However, the process getting here was frustrating and unnecessarily chaotic. Timeline & Communication Issues: Initial promise: We were clear that the renovation had to allow us to live in our home during construction and be completed before Christmas. Early communication: Our original project manager, Cris, was personable, and early communication seemed fine, if a bit informal and sometimes inappropriately personal. Major miscommunication: Near the holidays, we discovered that the plans submitted included cutting into the roof — something we explicitly said we didn’t want. This contradicted verbal assurances and caused major last-minute changes. Project Management Failures: Poor planning and oversight: Cris and the architect’s plan didn’t align with the construction work. We had to get involved directly with the county to fix errors. Paperwork errors: Incorrect submissions to the county added delays and confusion, which we had to monitor ourselves. Last-minute scramble: We were cleaning up dust on Christmas Eve due to these planning failures. Personnel Turnover & Lack of Handoff: Cris leaves the company: No proper handover to James, the new PM, who was unfamiliar with our project. Crew replaced: The original crew, who were great, were gone; new crew had no context or direction. James leaves: Another handoff with no context — the third PM had no idea about our project or its outstanding items. Escalation mishandled: When we raised our concerns with Kyle, the CEO, the response felt dismissive, with no accountability for the previous missteps. In summary, it's a beautiful end result... but we’re glad it’s over. The process left us frustrated, confused, and frankly, exhausted."

"No show! Poor communication! I found them on Angi and request a quote for a small project. They contacted me and scheduled a site visit for Friday morning, they confirmed the appointment with two separate text messages. I took off work on Friday and they never showed up, they never called, they never texted. After the appointment window, they never answered their phones even during normal business hours."
