"Lucas is a fan of two things cashing the check and himself. The relationship started off with Lucas causing a delay with inspections and closing in the walls because he was on site when the inspector showed up. Was warned ahead of time to get it completed beforehand. Wanted 90% of payment before any of the equipment was installed and when he did finally show up for the equipment install, he stated would take all day and rolled out before I returned to let me know he was leaving. He stated he did things as a courtesy and what he did drained my internet. His answer is that he can come out and trouble shoot for $129/hr. I am a novice with this product and deserved for a $7000 bill to take an hour and run through the system and correct what is draining the internet. Buyer beware."
