I wouldn't deal with them again. I tried to use them, ran into difficulty, and crossed them off the list. The last time I tried to use them, I called this gal and told her to call the president of Best Buy, and try to get some action. I tried to call them and spent three hours on hold, it was three different phone calls. I never did get anywhere. I walked in and couldn't get any satisfaction from any of the people that I talked to. I couldn't get anybody who understood the problem and had any knowledge. I never got anywhere with them, so I gave up. I would not do business with them. I couldn't get a tech with any knowledge, so I walked out. The way that they handle phone calls is terrible. They do a great job selling stuff off the shelf but, I had a technical issue and wasn't able to get help.

I decided not to go with them this time not because of anything that they had done. I was just waiting to make sure that we got enough money. I was happy with anything that they had to tell me. They were very professional. I have dealt with them before. Price-wise, they are very equivalent to everybody else, but for information, I think they are if not the best, one of the best places to go to. There is not high pressure, no nothing. If you do not buy anything from them, they are more than happy to help you anytime you need a question answered. That is one reason I go there a lot because I have never been disappointed with them at any Best Buy. I always had good luck with them.

Basically, they are selection and also we have done business with them in the past, so, it is easy to do a lot of tactics to en cash or whatever.  As long as there is no interest charge, we will do that a lot. We have always been happy with their quality of service.  Their pricing, 6 months payment cash, and the selection may have also.

They have helped me numerous of time, but their lack of responsiveness is the only set-back. If there is still a problem with your computer once they get done, they do not come as a told in a timely manner.

  After a third trip in to the store, I finally decided to purchase the TV/sound system/installation.  Unfortunately, the sales professional I was dealing with was not working.  As soon as I described the system I was there to buy, the employee was contacted to nail down a few details.  Within 15 minutes, my original salesman came in to the store (on his off time) and put everything togther for me, including working over $6,000 dollars worth of discounts.
  I was lucky enough to have the install team present as well, and they made a few recommendations that made this system truly remarkable.

The store did a great job restoring my computer, they also installed my old programs and a new virus software that I purchased from them. They suggested I have them back it up to disk, they were very helpful.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. HE TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS SCHEDULE TO TALK WITH MY FAMILY AND MADE US UNDERSTAND WHAT IT TAKES TO KEEP UP WITH THE COMPUTER.

THE ASSOCIATES AT BEST BUY ARE VERY HELPFUL. THEY ANSWERED A LOT OF QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD ABOUT JUST WHAT TELEVISION WOULD BE BEST FOR OUR NEEDS. THEY ALSO DELIVERED IT AND ADJUSTED THE COLOR TO THE PERFECT SETTINGS. WE HAVE HAD THE TELEVISION FOR ONE YEAR AND IT IS STILL WORKING GREAT!

I THOUGHT THE SALES STAFF WAS VERY HEAVY HANDED AT TIMES. THEY KEPT TRYING TO TALK ME INTO THE HIGHER ($300+) PRICED UNITS. THEY ALSO KEPT EMPHASIZING THAT THEY WERE NOT COMMISSION STAFF. I FINALLY SELECTED A $169 UNIT AND THEIR DEMEANOR GOT COLD. I WAS TOLD THAT THE INSTALLATION WOULD BE DONE BY 12:30; IT WAS DONE AT 1:30.
