The Geek Squad at Best Buy is very responsive and came right on time. They were worth every penny that they charged and I think the charge was very reasonable. I did not known about the flash card that they could use to find out what was wrong until this visit, but I was very impressed with how it worked.

THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE FOUND SEVERAL PROBLEMS AND WAS GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING WHAT HE FOUND AND WHAT IT WAS DOING TO MY SYSTEM. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID TO GET MY COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING.

THEY FIXED A SOFTWARE/ MAINTENANCE PROBLEM AND TRACKED AN ISSUE WITH SOME SOFTWARE THAT WAS INSTALLED. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING THINGS IN TERMS THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.
