We go to great lengths to make sure people are aware of the terms of contract. There are multiple places on the initial paperwork where it is stated and that the customer is required to initial. We provided you with a no cost system in exchange for a monitoring agreement. "We apologize for the miscommunication over your scheduled appointment. As our service manager's email to you last night at 11PM stated, when you showed your concern with the camera being down for 5 days we offered to possibly move your appointment up if a customer cancelled or a technician was able to get ahead in his day. We obviously could not commit to that happening but guaranteed we would be out on Saturday as scheduled if we were unable to move your appointment up. We would never be able to commit to a 2 hour window based on possible cancellations or a technician getting ahead. We endeavor to service all of our customers in a timely fashion and would never commit to an appointment we could not make. Again we apologize for the confusion and we always strive to meet the high customer service standards our customers have come to expect from Vintage Security."
"I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the cameras you were sold. Unfortunately, these cameras were not designed for 24/7 constant viewing.
