Work as good but lack communication and the estimator was only at my home for 30 minutes before and said full service for my electrical which I already knew the work done was excellent but the generator repair was forced on me and is now wired but still doesn't work I was told to contact the generator company for service it won't let me post photos but all in all work was a 5/5 service was well below a 0/5

Service date- June 16, 2022 It is my pleasure to recommend Winn Electric company. I was very happy with the timely confidant knowledgeable workmanship, cleanliness, efficiency and helpfulness of master electrician ERIC and his assistant electrician Dennis. I had three ceiling fixtures, three wall switches, two wall outlets and three GFCI outlets checked for problems that had been accumulating over time since the Covid-19 pandemic began. At each problem spot the wiring was checked for safety before repairs were done.. Eric used a special LED bulb to override an old style florescent ceiling light fixture making it work and ballast free. The bathroom ceiling fixture was loose, Dennis tightened it up firmly, checked the switch (was fine) & the old GFCI outlet that had been acting up was replaced. Eric checked two outdoor GFCI’s, determined they were safe and did not need replacing at this time. The bedroom ceiling fixture slowly stopped working but Dennis & Eric discovered it was actually the wall switch that needed replaced. Two wall outlets in my laundry room were checked. One had sparked when I plugged in a lamp -it was the old lamp. Eric replaced the that lamp socket and rewired two bedroom lamps for me, too. While they were here, Eric gave me a couple of estimates for more work I hope to have done in the future. Eric & Dennis accomplished everything in about one hour. Job well done. $325.50

Excellent experience start to finish! The owner responded to my initial request within 24 hours to get details of what I wanted done. I contacted the scheduler the following day and we quickly decided on a mutually agreeable date and 4-hour time window. The 2-person crew (master electrician + helper) arrived within the window and went straight to work. They were professional, respectful of my house, and friendly. One receptacle had non-standard wiring which the master electrician corrected. The entire job only took about 2 hours. (I had everything ready so they had minimal "wasted time.") The results were beautiful (I was changing receptacles and switches due to color changes in the rooms) and the price was VERY fair. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd time we've used Winn Electric. This job was very small compared with the first. Both times, they were a pleasure to deal with. The repairman was prompt, professional and extremely efficient. We would definitely hire them again.

Erik and Ty showed up right on time and checked all the kitchen outlets. They replaced the problem circuit breaker ( and also one for the dryer which had started tripping, too.) Erik discussed all the kitchen outlets and the amperage of various appliances, which was very informative.

Winn was great! Good price and fast, professional service. We had a transfer switch added to our main panel so that we could easily use our portable generator in time of power outage. Workmanship was great and they even took the time to thouroughly explain the operation of the switch and how we should operate our generator when we need it. Great work!

Great job of tracking down the old doorbell wiring system

The electrician diagnosed the problem in an instant, replaced the defective outlet, cleaned up and was done in 20 minutes. Quick and easy. Very courteous, explained the issue in detail, assured me that the house was safe and was good to go.

Overall outstanding service. Looks like Matt is a highly skilled electrician and knows exactly what he is doing. We would definitely hire them again without hesitation if needed.

Same day service. A very experienced electrician checked over and replaced a receptacle that might have caused the tripped circuit. He also checked over several other receptacles in the same room just to be careful. I would use their service again.
