I called them in desperation because relatives were due and the AC wasn’t working in their bedroom area. We have had problem with that for YEARS! I called and he said that because of the situation he would find a way to come out and fix it.
Long story short- he fixed a problem that a bunch of others had screwed up for years. The AC system finally works the way it is supposed to. Our relatives found their room comfortable (for the first time in a bunch of years). They were kind, clean, knowledgeable and efficient . They honed in on the problem and fixed it right.

Above and beyond. David came promptly when the weather was at its coldest. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very collaborative about solutions. After having some blown in insulation added in our attic, we lost all heat to the entire back half of the house and the insulation company could not find the reason for this. They brought in David, and within 5 mins he was able to identify the problem (duct work was plugged with insulation material). David was very informative and also took the time to provide us with additional information on some other HVAC work we plan on doing. Note: the insulation company is being very proactive on resolving the issue. We definitely will bring David back in for the addition work we are planning for the future.

Dave repaired my central air conditioning in July and installed a brand new boiler for me in early September. Before starting any of the work he explained in laymanâ s terms what he was going to do and why. Dave is knowledgeable, very professional, easy going and personable.
