I was confident after speaking to Joe that the work would be done exactly as I had requested. His son, Anthony, was the actual serviceman and he was courteous and my questions were answered and together we agreed on the best plan to cover everything that needed to be done in the most efficient and least disruptive manner. He worked tirelessly to complete all the extra services I hadn’t thought of initially which involved cleaning the bathroom vents, replacing the bird guard on the outside of the dryer vent and also cleaning the refrigerator coils which it turns out were in pretty bad shape! He showed me pictures of before and after and the difference was remarkable.
