"Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney. When Steve from Paramount came out to provide the quote, he informed us we would not necessarily need the new dampener, opened the existing one and cleaned the chimney. "I called Brenden for an estimate on solving a leaky chimney problem. He got back to me right away and looked at it on his way home that night. While he was up on the roof he found problems with the flashing and that there was no flue lining the chimney. He also pointed out that it would probably be a good idea to redo the flashing on another chimney and to seal the brick on all 3 chimneys we have. He gave me a very reasonable price for the problem chimney and then a small additional price for the others. I have had several other people look at the. chimney and none have been as knowledgable and given me the confidence in their ability that he did. He came back the following week with 2 helpers on a dry but cold windy day and they worked hard and skillfully to complete the job in 1 day. Two days later we had heavy rain and no leaks. I would highly recommend them for any chimney work and will definitely be calling him in the future for other masonry jobs I need done."
