Have contracts with various property managers and brokers, but also do plenty of home owners on the side, and because of the other clients and low overhead (and agreements that give deeper discounts on paint than typical for contractors), I can usually save people money and am happy to do it to keep busy between the other clients. If helpful I speak a very basic Russian (learned from wife's family).

My stairway has very high walls for painting and unfortunately I had damaged the walls moving furniture.
