Corrected an Attic Ladder: The first handyman we hired made a dangerous mistake during installation. Bob diagnosed the issues, corrected the errors, and made the ladder completely safe and sturdy. Flawless Wall AC Removal: He removed an in-wall AC unit, then patched and painted the area inside and out. His drywall and exterior patching work is marvelous; you literally cannot tell there was ever an AC unit there. Plumbing & Tiling Repair: He successfully removed a frozen shower faucet and tiled a section of the bathroom wall that had been left exposed after water baseboard removal. He is incredibly honest and left us with all the remaining materials purchased for our job. I would highly recommend him for complex, detail-oriented projects where you need a perfect."
