Super expensive, charged 3 times than Angie's quote, treats the customer as once a life time customer, didn't clean up after his work was done, needs you to help him since he doesn't have a helper. His rational for the super high price was that he goes by item of work not hourly rate.

"That?s right everything is flat rate guy is a slumlord place is a mess and smells like fish and everything else had to get underneath two of his greasy grimy sink bases too change two faucets that he bought the wrong ones so it was more work then had to change toilet and toilet flange Wich was busted broke my balls getting new one installed sweating bullets was like $900 big companies in Somerville would of been at least $1700 then he complained he can?t get no one he is just doesn?t want to pay wants it for it slumlord!!!!"

Not sure I have the words to do justice to the negligence and incompetence, this company has all 1-star reviews on Yelp. We hired him for a simple job to replace a sink. He started by accidentally breaking the drain pipe at the wall, requiring that he cut the wall to get access. Without checking what might be behind the wall, he started cutting with a power saw with a long blade. We asked if we should shut off the water and power but he said no. He cut into a pipe to the upstairs apartment, water started spraying everywhere. We are lucky it was only a few hundred dollars of damage. The plumber who came to fix it all couldnt believe he cut into the wall with a saw like that. If he had hit an electric wire it could have been deadly.

Throughout the repair he was complaining, the heat, that as an old house there remain old fixtures which are a problem, the difficulty getting to the pipes under the sink, the need for him cutting off a piece of the shelf; *I am not a carpenter.* At the end, he said he should have charged more. The experience was unpleasant, and my wife and I felt this was a burden on him. The faucet works which is a good thing, although the one he provided is no longer manufactured by the company.

Chris Monteiro called me after I had entered information on the Home Advisor site. He came over on a sweltering day, when most of us would have stayed home! After we decided to replace our faucet, he purchased it and returned promptly to install it. His price included both his service and the cost of the faucet. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to receive a bill of sale on the faucet. Perhaps he had it in stock. Having never purchased a faucet, I have no idea what it should cost.
