Marcelo worked on our 2 duplex buildings twice over the years. His team replaced rotting trims installing pvc analogue and replaced 4 balconies - each one was originally wooden and these were replaced with PVC analogue. They always showed up on time and did their work quickly and offered us a competitive price. Very happy with the results.

We used PR Painting and General Services to install new handrails for our porch and a gate for our deck. Marcelo and his crew did an excellent job. The rails are sturdy and look great. They custom-built the gate on-site to fit the space, and it came out looking terrific. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. The cost of the project was competitive and very fair. We definitely got great value for what we spent. Marcelo was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend PR Painting and General Services. Excellent work, well coordinated team, very good plan that efficiently communicated what would be done and was done in the time estimated. The job was repairing wood gutters on a historic Victorian house. I had thought I would have to replace the wood with aluminum but the price and reviews of PR Services convinced me that I could retain the historic character of the house by using them.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Marcelo was professional, communicated what needed to be done and provided a very reasonable quote. They replaced them full trim on two 2nd floor windows and the corresponding rows of clapboard siding. They added insulation (no wonder that room was so cold before!) and even painted the clapboards so they look seamless with the rest of the house! They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the debris. Marcelo even secured a loose gutter he noticed! I m adding Marcelo / PR Painting to my speed dial!

Marcello and his PR painting crew did fantastic work on my house. They skillfully repaired and or replaced wooden soffit boards, wooden facia, and other wood that had been damaged by moisture. They also installed new aluminum gutters scraped, and painted, and did some small inside carpentry work to secure stairs and a banister. They were resourceful at adapting to new situations as they removed wood. For example, when they found that there was no insulation above part of a roof where they removed the facia, they bought and installed insulation. They were prompt, efficient, and performed quality work. The estimate was accurate. The estimate included the possibility for more structural wood being needed. The additional cost for additional work and materials were reasonable. The crew was polite, worked well together, answered my questions, and paid attention to details in their work. That included the cleanup each day at the completion of work. The work is of high quality and I would recommend them for painting and carpentry work.

Marcelo and his team were very professional, easy to work with, always on time, started the job on time and finished much quicker than we expected. The quality of their word is 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend PR Painting!!

The Marcelo oversaw the entire project and worked with his team to ensure the best quality. We reviewed the whole project beforehand and agreed on all details. Then he gave us a proposed price which he achieved on time, exactly on the agreed price. The repair include some complex carpentry repair, much high-ladder work and detail painting. Everything was done perfectly.. Our final "punch-list" had only two small items which they took care of immediately. I strongly recommend PR Painting

Hello, Marcelo and his team were wonderful to work with. He gave me a great price and the work was perfection! I painted my walls a dark gray with white trim and was a little worried about paint bleeding, but they did a phenomenal job and will definitely use them again. I told them not to worry about the floors because they were going to be replaced and they were spotless!
