"They called me right back and had a price and the time to install the New water heater and properly vent the piping. You can call them any time during the day and evening. I hired him to do more of the plumbing in the home as well."

"Doug and crew were lifesavers on a rather urgent hot water heater replacement (from old natural gas rig to new high efficiency heat pump hw heater). Expert sealing of the old chimney exhaust, gas line cut-off, condensate pump setup and testing, everything. And on top of that, replaced an unrelated failing laundry spigot I've been worried about since moving in. I cannot say enough good things about how seamless and simple project sizing and scheduling was with him; especially when compared to the plumbers we've worked with in the past. Prices were more than fair. Work well executed. Work site left clean. Payment simple. Just the necessities in sizing and estimating, no back and forth with a back office. Absolutely will be working with K&D again. And in fact, already have for a furnace tune-up before winter arrives!"
