He's one of those rare true craftsmen -- not "that guy" who gives you a quote and then sends a random crew of day laborers to do a slapdash job. He knows enough to recognize when other jobs weren't done correctly, takes the time to explain the problem, then goes & fixes it right. There were some delays, but you mostly have to expect that when working with contractors.
