"Jordan was great to work with. Was available throughout the project to answer questions and was able to install my water heater the next day! Jordan did a great job communicating and completed the job in less than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend Jordan to anyone looking to hire a plumber. Thanks Jordan!"

"Professional , friendly got right to work to diagnose problem and fixed it in the same day. I was given a quote before they stared the work. I would highly recommend this plumber."

"There is nothing worse than a plumbing problem as we don't often need a plumber's assistance. When you wake in the morning to water in your basement it is a panic. We were luck to be contacted by Steve Ricci and he said, "I will be there by 3 PM", and he was 15 minutes early. I showed him the leak and he quickly determined what could be done, and what were the options. He then went to a plumbing supply house to get the parts and return. Steve returned and di the job in a bit over an hour. He explained what he did, and how to prevent it in the future. We were very pleased with entire experience and the cost was not exorbitate. Two thumbs up for Steve, and we would use him again."

"Plumber came in quickly and solved the issue. It was more expensive than I imagined tho."

"Everything went as detailed and I will call them if I need a plumber in the future."

"Neary is one of the good ones. Billy gave me detailed quotes for all the work, and worked with me to get the most important stuff finished before winter hit. He's one of those rare true craftsmen -- not "that guy" who gives you a quote and then sends a random crew of day laborers to do a slapdash job. He was on the job himself most days, doing the work and giving direction to the people who work with him. He knows enough to recognize when other jobs weren't done correctly, takes the time to explain the problem, then goes & fixes it right. There were some delays, but you mostly have to expect that when working with contractors. The important part is that I felt that I got excellent value for the money I paid (not cheap!), and my house is in much better condition than it was at the beginning of the year. A+ would hire again (in fact, I'm already working on a list for him to quote in the spring).

"I had plumbing leaks in a couple of places, but the men that did the work went above and beyond by replacing every component involved top to bottom to ensure there would be no leaks for a long time to come. Very satisfied with the quality of work as well as how quickly it was done."
