He proceeded to fix the problem.(back up between the toilet and shower) with minimal ease and in a timely manner. "I hired this company for some preventative work where they came in on time and under the estimate! Then I sprung a leak. When Chris went to replace the valve he found the wall behind my tile rotted. When he saw my devastation he put in an outside shower for me (so I would have a shower) and quick to schedule the return trips around the tile guy. Now I have a great outdoor shower and have my indoor shower back to 100%. Very cooperative Efficient Easy to schedule Polite & Respectful"

"It is surprisingly difficult to find reliable contractors with good communication skills that do quality work, especially for these smaller projects. So I was pleased with how smoothly this project went from start to finish. A formal written quote was provided via email which I accepted and he scheduled the work for the following week. They completed it in less time than I thought it would take and did a great job. I will definitely use them again for future projects."
