They also have a very talented woodworker who was able to reuse much of the original wood to repair a window sill, trim, and baseboard. The workmanship was excellent so we accepted their bid to reconstruct the patio behind the house and build a walkway in the side garden. Once again the workmanship was excellent, from the removal of the old patio to the establishment of a superior base and the design and meticulous installation of a three-piece paver pattern. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins.
