Proficient management of the timing of subcontractors by Scott and his project managers was key to the success of the process. All of the above contributed to a great result. The bathroom work included a complete change in the location of the original plumbing and an extension into another room. Scott designed a bathroom that fits our needs, which includes a lot of storage as well as a feeling of spaciousness in what is not really a big space. At the outset, he recommended vendors, always with the caveat that we could choose our own. He also accompanied us to a vendor for the main plumbing components of the bathroom. For access during the work, he created a temporary entrance that would allow access to the work site without going through the rest of the house. In addition to the bathroom, we changed multiple interior doors, replaced the original basement windows and door, changed multiple lighting fixtures and did additional carpentry work. We also addressed remedial plumbing problems in the basement as well as in another bathroom."
