Needed a window repaired in the basement and Perry from affordable home contractors came in, took out the window and brought it back. Two days later repaired and installed it. I was very happy with the service.

Perry was easy to work with. Ours was a small job but done timely & reasonably. Would definitely use his services again.

Perry Luke will come and go as Perry sees fit. After being asked on three separate occasions not to *stop by*, he continued to stop by. Perry replaced a window for me, and told me it would take several hours the day he came out. Perry arrived with a helper, they took out the old window, and shimmed in the new one. Perry then left to take his helper somewhere. I noticed the window was inside out. Perry returned with a different helper. They then removed the new window, turned it around, and shimmed it in. Perry now did not have time to finish the job. He assured me he would come back the next day and complete the job. I took off from work the following day to accommodate Perry. He arrived, and worked for about an hour. He then came in, and asked me what day he should come back to finish. He told me he *forgot* the insulation would need to dry, and his wife had plans for him later that day and he would not be back. I reminded him he told me he would finish that day, and he said I WOULD RATHER HAVE YOU MAD AT ME THAN MY WIFE! HA HA HA! That was the end of work that day. Perry returned for a third time and finished installing the window, on day three. When he was done, I texted him about some damage. He replied he would come back the next day and check it out. He then showed up unannounced and uninvited AGAIN that night during my dinner. Also - he quoted me a price for another job that I am getting done with a more highly rated contractor for half the price Perry quoted me. I will not be doing business with him again.

I highly recommend Affordable Home Construction. They are professional, prompt, skilled and so easy to work with. We were so happy with our kitchen tile install, that we hired them to also tile the bathroom floor and walls too. The other huge bonus is that their prices are so reasonable. The first contractor who gave us an estimate came in double the price that Perry Luke was able to give us. And the workmanship was top notch, so no trade off here. We are so pleased all around and will definitely hire them again in the future if we have a need.

I would highly recommend Affordable Home Construction in Wakefield, MA. The owner Perry Luke is a true professional. He was flexible with scheduling and an excellent communicator. The price for the drywall and tile repair services provided was extremely reasonable. Excellent job on all levels.

I came in contact with Perry for some window work I needed (2 broken panes of single pane glass requiring replacement). He was very friendly and repalced the two panes at a very affordable price. It is hard to find someone to do glazing for these types of awning windows but the final result was fantastic. I would recommend Perry for sure.
