They built an exterior stairway to the section of the house they were working on and installed a barrier between the construction zone and the rest of the house. This let us live in the house while the workers had their own separated area. Our Project Manager Ray was fantastic! I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. "I thought garage Force did a phenomenal job on my two car garage floor. They had to Diamond grind for concrete and continued from there to add the coding. It took them two full days in the result was excellent. Great work ethic. He will go out of his way to make sure you're happy with the job. Highly recommend"

"As part of the process, they had to move a very large pile of firewood. He moved it and put it back as it was before. He also had to work in an area that was new grass and he left it looking just as it was before the job. It was nicely done and he cleaned up well when finished."
