They built an exterior stairway to the section of the house they were working on and installed a barrier between the construction zone and the rest of the house. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. "As part of the process, they had to move a very large pile of firewood. He moved it and put it back as it was before. He also had to work in an area that was new grass and he left it looking just as it was before the job. It was nicely done and he cleaned up well when finished."

He fixed my landing making it more comfortable to get in and out of my home and also painted the entire steps after pressure washing everything.
