"James and the team at Avalon Masonry and Construction replaced our brick front walkway with pavers, repaired some existing paver work, and re-leveled a bluestone patio that had settled. Excellent work on all three. They started quickly and worked efficiently, with none of the long idle stretches you often get on a hardscaping job. Communication was thorough and proactive throughout, and they were responsive to our budget and creative about solving problems rather than defaulting to the most expensive fix. The quoted price was very competitive and I agreed to hire them. They came Wednesday, worked in 95 degree heat and because the steps were in such bad condition they replaced my two steps completely. My wife also asked if they would fix some cracks in our cellar walls while they were here and again we were very satisfied with the price. The work was excellent, the workers very friendly and left a clean area after they had finished.
