"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"We recently completed a gut reno and second story addition. After engaging 10 different contractors, MP was the most communicative, interested, flexible and competitively priced. MP has a large in-house team of experts that work efficiently and adapt to the home owner’s needs and preferences. The employees worked 6 days a week and took great pride in their work. They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. We have been back in our home for 10 months. Anytime I have an issue, Seichelle and the team have addressed it. They have gone above and beyond what is expected. "Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

"The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because the final product looks amazing! Any issues that came up were fixed quickly and I'm so happy with the results! They are for sure my go to team for any future projects I have and am so grateful for the work they've done. Thank you!!!"
