"I was going replace the existing decking because of never ending maintenance. I looked into the various types of decking and rail systems available and found it to be very confusing, the material is very expensive and not a simple install. Having used iCornerstone before I contacted Richard as to the best way to go. Richard cam up and photographed and measured the deck and then arranged for a visit to the Cape Cod Lumber showroom to view the various systems and styles. After selecting what we wanted Richard wrote a specification for us with drawings to obtain quotations for the material that would be required to complete the work. After purchasing the material Richard had recommend a contractor that was familiar with this type of work and we decided to hire him. The work was done in about 16 hours time and I could not have been happier. The work included the removal of the old deck floor, railing on stairs and railing on the front side of the deck. There was very little waste when the job was completed which is important due the cost of material. All the old material was disposed of properly and the site cleaned before the contractor left. All in all I could not have been happier as there no headaches on my part."

"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) "Tri was great, I had a terrible, old bathroom with a layout that made no sense. Tri had lots of good ideas and he helped me source different materials. He listened to my needs and he even figured out how to install my super specific bidet toilet. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom, and every morning I'm so glad that I did this renovation. There were hiccups, of course, but what construction project doesn't have that? I am surprised to see the previous review from fall of 2019- that is when Tri was doing my project as well. I wanted to wait a 6-12 months before reviewing to see how the work has held up. So far, so good. But I didn't have ANY of the issues from the previous reviewer. Tri was very professional, all of his contractors were as well, and I never had issues with any of them in my home (I do have security cameras throughout). He did explain any material costs or any changes to me, and I was able to provide my own materials at any time. The only one that I will agree with is that the subcontractor may not have been as skilled- my tile floor was not laid properly at first. When I pointed it out, Tri pulled it all up and redid the work, and I'm glad that he insisted on starting over and doing it properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and I would hire Tri again."

"I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing. I highly recommend QC for any remodeling work.  As a matter of fact, QC is remodeling the new home I just purchased and also putting in a two car garage for my new home now.  Be glad to tell you all about it later."
