"This is a new review for Watertight Pro. This is my third time using this company. Again all I have are superlatives. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic. I had a porch door that wouldn't open. Manny took the trim off (on the outside), releveled the door and it now opens closes as it should. We had another door that would stick, i mentioned it and next thing it was fixed by George. Our deck needed to be painted as well and they sanded/scraped and put 2 new coats on and it looks great. They also fixed some trim on the deck that had come loose. Finally, our shed had algae all over its roof and they power washed that as well. I could go on and on. My front stoop needed some masonry work and Manny handled that himself and did a great job. What I love about Watertight Pro is once they start a job, they stay with it til completed. They were here 9 days in a row, including 2 weekends. The work I had done would have normally required multiple companies to complete. Quality work at a fair price. They have an A plus plus rating from me. If needed I will use them again for sure."

This allows our company to extend material and labor guarantees for longer periods than the competition. Cook's has two crews and two lead roofers are certified Master Shingle Applicators. Our foreman has been employed by us for over 13 years. According to the building inspector's office, Cook's pulls more permits for roof construction in the town of Bellingham than any other contractor. In 1992 when many of the shingle manufactures were having trouble with their fiberglass shingles, the ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) developed testing for shingles that showed many problems with roof shingles. It was right then and there that Ken Cook decided to install the best shingles available and have quality that people could depend on; CertainTeed is the best company for their materials and warranties. They have taught us every aspect of the roofing industry from proper installation techniques to knowledge of how to know the difference between shingles that are of a high product quality and mediocrity. "I would not recommend them. Initially it appeared they did a good job on my rubber roof, so I hired them again for full gutters, which they subcontracted out. Within the year I had a large leak develop behind their new gutter. They acknowledged the problem but it took months, and constant badgering by email and phone, to get them to come back and fix the problem. They tried a temporary fix with sealer, which failed in weeks, and then it took weeks longer to get them to come back and install a fascia apron. The next year, my rubber roof leaked where they had flashed it. Again it took months to get them to come back and look at it, with constant badgering. When they came back they applied a copious amount of sealer and told me that I had a rot problem with a wooden railing that I would need a carpenter for, and that they would send me photographs and suggestions for repair. They never replied after that, and the leak continued despite their sealing attempt. I finally gave up and found a new roofer, who tells me that they did an inferior job in the first place, and the repair is costing me thousands of dollars."
