"We initially hired Steve (before we closed) to remove the carpet from a couple rooms in our new house and refinish the hardwoods underneath (why do people cover hardwoods!? Use an area rug!) After we closed we realized we really needed to refinish all the floors, and also that there wasn t hardwood under the bedroom rugs so we would have to install them. Also - midway through the project we decided to add wooden floor vents too (highly recommend doing this they look so slick!). Though we were worried about making a large deposit upfront, it was a huge relief when the new floors showed up when he said they would and when his crew showed up on time.
