They also replaced the steps from the enclosed porch to the back yard. Great job for a reasonable price -- very efficient (working late on the last day to complete job AND clean up). "I hired Elmer and his crew to rehabilitate my landscaping after I purchased a new home. (I discovered that the developer filled a lot of the yard with stone dust, so the sod died. Also, the developer dumped a lot of dyed woodchips in the yard.) Elmer was very honest about the strengths and weaknesses about the existing landscaping. He and his crew removed the stone dust and replaced it with rich soil. They reseeded the yard and provided me with instructions about how to maintain the seeds so they would germinate. They replaced the bad dyed woodchips with more natural mulch, and they replaced dead plantings with live plantings that were more suited to the site. Overall, they did a great job. I would definitely hire them again for any future landscaping."

"We got a few quotes from different places before we decided to go with MAS landscaping. They aren't the cheapest quote we got but we decided to choose them because Mark is responsive, serious about his work and a friendly person to work with. From the initial conversation to the end, Mark was very accommodating. He also gave us some idea as well. Originally he was going to have more guys to work on the lawn, but ended up having 2 guys working on it due to one other guy was not available. At first I was a bit skeptical on the progress, but at the end it turned out amazing. He even came over to check on the lawn a week after it was completed to make sure it's done correctly. Overall we are very happy with the work and his friendliness."

"There were two HUGE (one was three trees grown together- we are talking Tree of Life from Animal Kingdom) trees right between my house and the neighbors- one that had a tree sized branch split off and balanced on other branches. Lopez fit me in for a quote quickly. After obtaining several quotes I went with Lopez. They scheduled my work quickly and showed up promptly on day of treegate 2020. The gentlemen were respectful and careful about the properties. There were 2 houses, a garage, a 9 foot hedge, and a fence around the trees to be removed and the work was wonderful. They were very careful and it was amazing to watch! They had to maneuver around all those obstacles to remove the trees. They also shaped and crowned several other large trees in my yard on the same day. They were finished with all of that work by 5:30 pm and left my yard and the neighbors in great condition with all debris removed and raked. I will be using this company again for any and all landscaping or tree work I need in the future!"

I scheduled a visit to fix the problems. The customer rep (David) spent time with me watching how each watering jet was working and he identified several issues and then fixed them all. David was very knowledgeable and we ran tests of all jets when he finished his work. Very pleased with his servicing our watering system."
