Ramy Chakar did an excellent job for us. He was diligent and a perfectionist. Where our budget constrained us he offered solutions that met our needs. His painting and floor installation were flawless.

Ramy and his team did an amazing job with our flooring and the remodeling of our bathroom. The outcome was perfection and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Ramy even helped me save on supply costs by helping me find great alternatives. He is the first person I’ll call for any projects coming up and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Ramy and his crew worked hard and consistently took pride in their work. Ramy was willing to add on to the project as we went and said “no problem” and even proactively offered suggestions and helped us pick out tile and LVP and carpeting for the stairs to make sure it all matched. His pride of work shows, and his interior design sense is a great benefit when asking him for advice. I will definitely be hiring him again soon!

I was made aware of this company by Angie’s list. I was provided with contact information and I called several times to set up an estimate for work to be done on my home. I never received any call back from this company. If their customer service is poor I can only imagine the quality of their work.

Excellent. Rami took care of corrections in the 35 year old plumbing and finished the job quickly. His electrician and wall board persons were excellent! I would highly recommend Chakar Construction!

Ramy was pleasant to work with, professional, polite and an excellent craftsman. He was helpful in sharing his design ideas and also was a good listener. He installed the flooring and wall tile just as we wanted. Everything was done in a timely manner and all the work was either performed or supervised by Ramy himself. We are very pleased with his work.

Ramy did an incredible job taking our old, outdated, and unsafe kitchen and turning it into a beautiful and modern one. He installed new floor joists, sub-flooring, floor tiling, cabinetry, backsplash tile, and a build-out for our oven hood insert. The process also included knocking out a wall, moving and modifying gas and water lines and many other smaller unforeseen details along the way. We appreciated how informative Ramy was as we moved through the process since we'd never taken on something of this size before. He even came with us to help pick out our floor tiles. We were both of a similar mindset that we wanted to focus on quality of all aspects of the job as opposed to making decisions solely based on cost. Do it once, do it right. In the end, this kitchen will last us many years and has alleviated several health and safety concerns that the old kitchen posed to our family. We will certainly be using Ramy's services again for future projects.

Amazing! Ramy and his team did an amazing job and really take a lot of pride in their work! He removed the old door, fixed the rotted parts of the floor, and installed a new slider. My wife and I can’t believe how good it looks and the improvement it made. We will hire Ramy and Chakur Construction for our new hardwood floor install shortly. Look no further when you need any remodeling in your home. I research everything before I make a decision and am so happy I chose Chakur!

He took great care to advise us on what would look best and cost the least, and was quick to let us know about any obstacles he encountered (since our house is relatively old) and our options to best circumvent them. He was flexible with his schedule to meet the deadline we requested and went the extra mile to make sure our floors, walls, and new carpet were finished up to his high standard. We couldn't be happier with how the work came out, and Ramy was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would happily work with him in the future and readily recommend his services to anyone.
