GB Hardwood Floor did a terrific job for us. Geovane was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We had our old yellow oak floors sanded and stained with a clear coat and we could not be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Geovane and his team.

Very pleased with the experience. GB was very prompt in coming to look at the job a d provide a quote. Several weeks later they were able to pretty quickly get me on the schedule to accommodate our moving timeline. They understood exactly what I had in mind (taking my orangy old white oak and lightening it up) and gave a fair price. Already considering them for more work.

Our 120 year old fir floor looks like new! Geovane responded quickly and came to inspect the floors and finished them all within a few days (and we are in a small stairwell, walk up in the city). The team was extremely knowledgeable about what types of stains and finishing we should do to get the look we described. The floors came out perfect, better than I can ever imagine. They had to do some repair since some of the old hardwood was damaged and was able to locate aged wood to match the floors perfectly. I don't even want to put furniture down because the floors look so amazing. I don't know if I'm more impressed by the fact that they got all of their heavy equipment up four flights of stairs in a 120-year-old tiny stairwell or by how good our floors look. Either way, 10/10 would recommend this hard working team to refinish your floors.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of JB Hardwood Floors. I mistakenly purchased a different type of floor (not a click type, but glue down) and didn t realize it until the crew showed up to install it. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and professional about the additional work and supplies. The floor turned out beautifully and the trim work was just perfect. I highly recommend this company and am happy to provide a reference and pictures when the rest of my reno is complete (floors are currently protected by two layers).

Geovane and his team were excellent. Our stairs look beautiful, and they cleaned up everything: there wasn't a speck of dust that I could see. Giovanne who manages this business was prompt to answer all my questions regarding refinishing my hard wood floors, did an excellent job and always showed up on the time he promised! He gave us a reasonable price and had special equipment ( dust- free vacuum) so helped much with not much dust or debris. Also, after the job was completed he and his colleague did a through clean up.I recommend him and will hire him again in future!

Terrible quality of materials and bad workmanship. The entire project had to be redone after GB flooring 'completed' it. Total waste of money. No refunds offered.

Geovane and his team are great. We had them refinish the wood floors in our entire house - original floors from 1949. Geovane is easy to work with and his team is professional. The floors look great. We liked working with Geovane so much that we hired him to do additional work (painting) around the house. Highly recommended.

I was told it would take 1 or 2 days to redo two flights of wood stairs. Instead, it took 10 days. They left a big mess.

We hired Geovane to sand our kitchen floor after remodeling it. He was able to give us a quote the same day and start the next week. Him and his team did a great job choosing the perfect color that goes with the rest of our apartment. He answers very quickly to the texts and is very kind. I totally recommend GB ! Great job!

They gave us the lowest quote, were the most technically qualified - being able to do some difficult hardwood floor repairs and did *excellent* work, not to mention a great attitude and not requesting a penny until all the work was done to satisfaction. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will hire them again.

You guys were very prompt and professional. The floor sanding was good but not perfect. I chose water-based finish and was not happy with the finish after four coats, and they put on another coat of gloss finish with no charge for labor.

Did a great job installing engineered hardwood floor over what was a very uneven cement slab. Took the extra time to level out the floor before installing. Looks beautiful!
